PASSWORD ISSUES
If the password link Lansdowne Physiotherapy Clinic emailed you does not work and you cannot log in, you will have to reset your password. On the website, click sign in.
Once you click to sign in, there will be an option to reset your password. Clicking this will prompt you to enter your email address. Follow the instructions on the email and try logging in through the portal again.
ACCOUNT ISSUES
If you are actively recieving physiotherapy at our clinic, we will be able to provide you a username to access our online booking system.
Simply let the clinic know you would like to create an account for Clinic Master and you will be sent an email with a provided username.
All that is left to do is to follow the instructions on the email to create a password.
Once you have accessed your Clinic Master account, you will be able to book and confirm appointments, check your outstanding balance and fill out requested web forms.
